Mr. Bazán-Arias has over 25 years of experience, and since 2015 he has focused on renewable energy projects, in particular battery, solar, and wind. He has managed dozens of utility-scale projects ranging from origination and preliminary design through construction and owner’s engineer review.

Building upon 25+ years of managing large engineering and environmental compliance projects within the energy sector, Ms. Dodson has been supporting renewable energy clients over the past 3 years. She has experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, legislative activity, and operational performance.

With more than 16 years of experience Mr. Ritchie is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive knowledge in various forms of land development and has worked on multiple wind and solar projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Ritchie specializes in project and program management and supports clients through all project phases from site due diligence and rezonings through design and permitting.

Mr. Brendel is a project manager on the Renewables team supporting clients on projects from initial due diligence through design and permitting. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with 9+ years’ experience supporting energy clients, focusing the last 2 years on utility scale solar projects in the mid-Atlantic.
