Mr. Bazán-Arias has over 25 years of experience, and since 2015 he has focused on renewable energy projects, in particular battery, solar, and wind. He has managed dozens of utility-scale projects ranging from origination and preliminary design through construction and owner’s engineer review.

With more than 16 years of experience Mr. Ritchie is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive knowledge in various forms of land development and has worked on multiple wind and solar projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Ritchie specializes in project and program management and supports clients through all project phases from site due diligence and rezonings through design and permitting.

Ms. Stukenborg advances renewable energy initiatives by supporting preliminary site design and energy production modeling for solar energy and energy storage projects. She is experienced with multiple software packages for solar site layout design and solar energy modeling. She performs engineering calculations, prepares project drawings, generates contract documents and specifications, and completes engineering reports, as well as provides technical support for contractors during project construction.
